The College of Professional Education (CPE) is established in 1998 by a trust named 'Society for Professional Eduaction and Research'¸ a registered Trust with Professors¸ Professionals amp;Educationists as its trustees. It is 'No Profit entity' functioning as NGO. The college is operating on SELF FINANCE concept¸ receiving no aid from any government agency.

The CPE is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University¸ Meerut for BBA¸ BCA¸ B.Com (English Medium) & B.Ed. The College has collaboration with ABARIS Software Inc. Washington DC¸ USA for Graduate level Diploma and Certificate programmes in variety of areas.

CPE possesses a balanced approach that links theory and practical skills in teaching which is innovative and relevant to the development of career of the studnts in long run. CPE has a track record of 100% result. It is a matter of proud that most of the Top Rankers of Ch. Charan Singh University are from CPE. 
B.Ed. course and 1st year of BBA¸ BCA and B.Com are being run at Sisoli Campus¸ Garh Road¸ Meerut form the session 2009-10 and the 2nd and 3rd year classes shall be shifted to the main campus from the next session; all other courses are being run at City Campus.
