Mahendra Singh Law College is a joint venture of MPS Group of Education¸ establish in 2011 and enjoys a pre- eminent reputation for excellence in the field of legal education. 

Late Devendra Pratap Singh ¸ the founder of the college¸ was rich in justice and social presonality.They tried to develope themselves for the development of society and the region.He has to say that education is the backbone of development of society and nation. Under this effort¸the students who have been unable to enter the college¸the aim of developing their talents.

He had special emphasis on job oriented course¸women empowerment and self dependency through education. He wants to provide education to the masses staying in remote areas.
