D.A.V. Training College Kanpur is one of the colleges run by Dayanand Shiksha Sansthan Kanpur. This College was started as a Department for LT Training in 1948.

Due to the efforts of Dr. VIRENDRA SWAROOP in July 1968¸ department converted as a separate college. This College was converted from a L.T to a B-Ed College in 1999. Subsequently in Aug 2003 the College got Permanent Affiliation to run B-Ed Course.
