DESCRIPTION :

R.S. Govt. Degree College has come into being way back in 1993¸ in a rural backdrop to cater to the educational needs of Shivrajpur¸ Kanpur region of the state of Uttar Pradesh. This college is situated 200 m. away from railway station and well connected with Kanpur¸ Bilhaur and Kannauj districts.

College has been adopting interdisciplinary approach in teaching and extension areas like computer education in order to keep pace with present dynamic environment by offering a 'O' level Certificate Programme for the students affiliated to C.S.J.M. university Kanpur . A U.G.C. Computer Network Resource Centre has been established in the campus.
