DESCRIPTION :

The AIA¸ First Institute of Architecture was inaugurated on 2nd Sep. 2010 at Rooma. Its campus¸ along with other institutes of AITM¸ AIFT¸ AIPM¸ AIHE and the administration etc¸ has an area of more than 75.00 acres of land with well designed beautiful landscape. The entire campus is WI-FI and all its buildings are air condition. The Institute at present offers a five years full time B. Arch. Programme with a mission to produce best professionals¸ educationist¸ and researchers to take up the challenge of physical¸ cultural and environmental development of global standards. The B. arch course is approved by AICTE¸ New Delhi with an annual intake of 40 students and it is affiliated to GBTU¸ Lucknow.
The vision of the institute aims high to establish as one of the prominent institutes of Architecture and Planning with UG¸ PG and Ph. D. programs guided by qualified and long experienced persons in the field. To start with¸ institute is opening four year full time Bachelor in Planning course and two year full time and three year part time Masters in Urban Planning course in addition to B. Arch course.
