Captain Sukhwasi Singh Smarak Janta Mahavidyalaya¸ Ghatampur¸ Kanpur Nagar has been founded with motto to provide Higher Education to stutents of rural and undeveloped areas of Kanpur Nagar District. This college is managed by a Society named Janta Audhogik Vidyalaya Samiti¸ Ghatampur¸ Kanpur Nagar registered under Society Act¸ 1860.
 
The college offers an integrated education to make Students intellectual¸ cultural¸ social¸ emotional¸ physical¸ aesthetic¸ moral and spiritual. What is more important is the space it has provided to the students to freely express and develop views that help them respond to changes in society.We are enthusiastic about the tremendous opportunities that we are able to offer our students as we broaden and deepen our infrastructure.
