The Phoolwati Institute of Law¸ Aggarwal Mandi¸ Tatiri¸ Baghpat imparting education in the five year Law course after 10+2 and the three year Law Course after graduation from last 8 years. It is affiliated to C.C.S. University Meerut. The Institute is approved by the Bar Council of India¸ New Delhi. The Institute is open to all irrespective of sex¸ age¸ caste¸ creed and religion

Faculty and students are drawn from all over India and purely on merit. Reservation in admissions are adhered to as per university norms.
