Saraswati Vidya Mandir Law College¸ Shikarpur¸ District-Bulandshahr has the unique distinction of being the first Law College (Self Finance) for LL.B.(3years) course. The permanent affiliation has been granted to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University¸ Meerut and recognized by Bar Council of India also. This Law College has been established on Meerut-Badaun National Highway 20 km away from Bulandshahr and 40 km away from Atomic Power Project¸ Narora.

This college is established by a registered society Satyanand Shiksha Samiti¸ Shikarpur. Shri Vipin Bansal¸ Manager/Secretary of the law college is a social worker and a man of extra ordinary vision. This vision has been translated in to practical reality through the establishment of education institution.
