At the time of struggle for freedom by enthusiastic Indians. In every corner of the country there was a sigh of transition to attain freedom. A tendency of transition was at a high spirit in the country¸ then¸ how could the people of Jansath (a town in Muzaffarnagar district) untouched from performing an active role in this revolution. In the educational atmosphere with the resolution for freedom¸ the people of Jansath with progressive ideology rang the bells of transition. They laid the foundation of D.A.V. school organization in 14-11-1945 of cater the demands of the society.

The establishment of Junior High School was accomplished by the association in 1947. In 07-07-1948. The college management sought permission for intermediate classes in arts group and in 31-03-51 in science group. In 19-10-56 the management sought permission for high school classes like science¸ and commerce disciplines and for the intermediate in the same above disciplines respectively in 01-08-1962 and 01-07-1980. Now¸ the college is imparting education in all these three streams i.e. Art¸ Science and Commerce up the intermediate standard.
