Ranjit Singh Memorial Post Graduate College¸ popularly called RSM College¸ is a co-educational institution in Dhampur town of Bijnor district. This is the only agriculture college affiliated to MJP Rohilkhand University¸ Bareilly¸ and is situated in agriculturally rich terai area of Uttar Pradesh¸ the most populated state in India.

RSM College has about 3¸750 students¸ including 1¸100 girls on its rolls. The college offers education up to Post Graduate level through 24 departments in three faculties - Agriculture¸ Arts and Science. The college has over 100 qualified faculty members assisted by non-teaching staff and led by the dynamic principal Dr Ranjan Agarwal.
