IISE was the first institution in UP and the sixth institution in the country to get Accreditation¸ in addition to Approval¸ from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 
IISE?s PGDM programme has been granted equivalence to the university MBA programme by AICTE.
We are the approved Doctoral Research Centre for UP Technical University¸ Lucknow¸ and Dr BR Ambedkar University¸ Agra. IISE has the singular honour of being the first private institution to be accorded this status. 
National Institute of Personnel Management¸ UP Chapter¸ conferred the ?Man of the Year Award? on our founder Dr Girish Bihari in the year 2003 in recognition of his untiring efforts to promote the cause of human resource development in India.
