The infrastructure would encompass¸ a amphitheatre¸ cafeteria¸ accommodation for visiting faculties¸ board room¸ theatre style lecture room¸ IT and communication lab along with other basic facilities associated with a collage.

Founding years: Around 53 years ago in 1960¸ a visionary par excellence and an educationist by Late Sh. Shriniwas Sharma¸ founded Arwachin Bharati (Balbir Nagar) with just 22 students. In his endeavouer he was supported by following eminent educationist and social workers (which was subsequently Registered under Societies Registration Act 1865) .
