DESCRIPTION :

Vrundavan Institute of Nursing Education located at Colvale¸ Goa is owned and managed by Bhagirathi Surya Naik Memorial Trust. It was established in 2005 with the aim of nurturing¸ caring & rendering health services to an individual family & the community at large. The Diploma in General Nursing & Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery course was commenced to start with. As the years passed by the demand for the qualified nurses increased which motivated the Trustees to upgrade the Nursing School into full-fledged collegiate programme. Thus in the year 2007¸ 1st batch of BSc Nursing students got enrolled.

Vrundavan Institute of Nursing Education is affiliated to Goa University¸ Goa. Dr.Digambar Naik is the founder member & the Managing Director with Mr. Ranjit Shah as the Chairman of this trust. The college offers 4 years B.Sc. Nursing Degree program recognized by Maharashtra State Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council. Qualified and experienced faculty in Nursing plans and implements the education program based on the guidelines provided by Indian Nursing Council and the University. The program encompasses Class Room teaching¸ a supervised Clinical Practice¸ Community Health Nursing Programs¸ and Attitude & Value building having multi- dimensional approach.
