DESCRIPTION :

The Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy was set up vide State Government Notification No. Home (E) 3-17/2003-II dated 24th November 2005. The Academy has been established under the Leadership of Hon'ble Chief Justice¸ (Hon?ble Patron of the Academy)¸ High Court of Himachal Pradesh¸  with a contemplation of the following functions:
 

To impart induction training to newly recruited Judicial Officers
To impart refresher and orientation training and education to Judicial Officers.
To provide training to ministerial staff of Judicial Courts from time to time.
To provide such other judicial trainings and education related services¸ as may be necessary to improve the efficacy of the justice delivery system.
To provide and impart refreshers¸ orientation or any other type of training in justice and law related subjects to Officers and Officials outside Judiciary¸ if so requested or required.
