The degree provided by DCA is Bachelor of Architecture contains ten equal semesters¸ completed in the time span of five years.

The institute is recognized by council of Architecture and Affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Bhilai. During the study period the course provides foundation in design ¸aesthetics and complete building science.
