Responding to this situation¸ Rawal Institute of Management has come up with the founding objective of training future managers who will be adept in coping with pressures and demands of an evolving economic order. 

At RIM¸ our aim is to groom young people as managers who with imbibed leadership qualities can effect qualitative systemic changes.
