Ch. Devi Lal College of Education is a pioneer institute in the field of education. It is situated in the outskirts of Jagadhri. Jagadhri is a city of great historical and spiritual importance and is among the leading industrious hub of India.

The college has been approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and is affiliated to Kurukshetra University¸ Kurukshetra (www.kuk.ac.in) Haryana¸ India for its B. Ed. And M. Ed. Courses and to Board of School Education¸ Bhiwani¸ Haryana (www.bseh) for D. El. D. course. The institute is a co-educational institution for education and training of elementary and secondary school teachers and teacher educators. The college since its inception from the session 2004-05 is known for its outstanding performances in both scholastic and co-scholastic activities. Currently the sanctioned intake in D. El. Ed. Course is 50¸ 150 in B. Ed. and 50 in M. Ed. Course. All these courses are run as per the rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies.
