Sandra Shroff ROFEL College of Nursing started in 2003 with vision to prepare professionally competent nurses to deliver zero deficits nursing care to patients under their custody. In 2010¸ our academic centre for excellence launched post-graduation courses in nursing specialty. College is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU)¸ Surat. This is the self-financed college in Gujarat.
