Ch. R.R. Memorial College of Education is run by Ch. R.R. Memorial Education Society which has been set up after a great visionary soul who shrived hard for the upliftment of the rural society¸ specially the peasant class.

Ch. Ramu Ram Sihag started his life from a humble beginning and rose to be a numberdar. In his capacity as a numberdar¸ he tried to give the due rights to the tenants.

He was a follower of Ch. Devi Lal¸ the great leader¸ visionary and thinker of India. He was a great thinker who stressed upon the need of education to all¸ specially the downtrodden.
