NEW GOBIND PUBLIC WELFARE SOCIETY was established in the year 1998. Under this society¸ NEW GOBIND SCHOOL OF NURSING for ANM & GNM and S.V.MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF NURSING for M.Sc (N)¸ B.Sc (N) and Post Basic B.Sc (N) have established. The society is also running Educational Institution (Mohan Lal Memorial Institute of Education) for B.Ed. and ETT. The college is situated in Mudhal near Verka Milk Plant which is on the Amritsar- Jammu highway. Surrounded with lush green gardens¸ stands the magnificent expanse of educational institute. It is spread over an area of 6 acres; the college started functioning in the year 1998.At present both School and College of Nursing running named under S.V.MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF NURSING.
