DESCRIPTION :

All the students are divided into groups of 20 students each and allotted to a teacher from the list of teachers of each group. 

All the Institutional Guardians (IG?s)¸ as per the circulated list is given a copy of the latest registration form of their group of student for providing the data¸ which is updated by the IG by adding to it the results of the last semester exam as well as the Sessional exam results of the respective students. Subsequent results performance is added as the semester progresses. 

In addition to the results¸ data from attendance monitors¸ list of students detained in last semester are also added to the files. 

The IGs then prepare the record of each student in tabular form for ready reference. IGs would work independently for maintenance of these files but will be required to discuss and inform about their performance with the respective Senior Institutional Guardian and/or Principal.
