DESCRIPTION :

Malwa Central College of Education for Women¸ Ludhiana¸ formerly known as Malwa Training College¸ Ludhiana¸ was established in 1955 by the Khalsa Dewan¸ Ludhiana¸ in pursuance of its aims of promoting education facilities for all¸ in general¸ and for the rural Punjab¸ in particular. The College of Education is one of the six Educational institutions being run by the Khalsa Dewan. The other five being :
Malwa Khalsa Senior Secondary School¸ established in 1907.
Khalsa Girls Senior Secondary School¸ established in 1940.
Khasla College for Women¸ established in 1959.
Malwa Institute of Professional Studies and Services¸ estlablised in 1995.
Khalsa Institute of Management and Technology for Women¸ established in 2000.
