DESCRIPTION :

Shree Lakshmi Narayan Ayurvedic College¸ Amritsar was established by Late Shri Pujya Pt.Mayadhari Ji Shastri¸ who was a renowned Ayurvedacharya and Philanthropist of North India. This college is managed by Shree Durgiana Education Foundation¸ Amritsar since 1972. Initially¸ it was running the course( with syllabus )prescribed by Bharat Varsheeya Ayurved Vidyapeeth¸ Delhi. Thereafter¸ it got affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar in 1976 for B.A.M.S. course as prescribed by Central Council Of Indian Medicine¸ New Delhi.

It is one of the oldest and esteemed institute in Ayurveda which has delivered many renowned ayurvedic physicians¸ surgeons¸gynae and experts of various specialties. Our institute has bagged many P.G. seats not only in Punjab but also throughout India.
