SPHE CON is located in Gharuan¸ Mohali. It was established in 2004 and was recognized by the Indian Nursing Council¸ New Delhi¸ Punjab Nurses Registration Council¸ Chandigarh and is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences¸ Faridkot. The institution offers various nursing programs like ANM¸ GNM¸ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and basic B.Sc Nursing to the students.
