State Institute of Hotel Management¸ Udaipur¸ Formerly Food Craft institute¸ Udaipur was established in the year 1989. The institute has been upgraded¸ and will be running BSC. HHA Programme from the session 2019 -20 along with the diploma programmes.

The institute has state of art facilities for its degree and diploma programmes¸ Supported by experienced faculty. The Institute also has a boy?s hostel.

The institute has produced professionals holding positions as General Managers¸ Departmental heads in the hospitality sector¸ in India and abroad. Few are entrepreneurs doing excellent business.

The Institute has given excellent results over the years for diploma courses. Ten of our students have received National Award for Academic excellence in Front Office¸ Food Production¸ F&B Service and Housekeeping on National Tourism Awards Functions at New Delhi.
