DESCRIPTION :

The Vinayaka Mission?s Sankarachariyar Dental College¸ Salem was instituted in the year 1986 as an affiliated institution under the University of Madras and later on affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University¸ Chennai with three courses viz.¸ Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)¸ Diploma in Dental Mechanic and Diploma in Dental Hygienist and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).

The Vinayaka Mission?s Sankarachariyar Dental College later on became the constituent of VINAYAKA MISSION'S RESEARCH FOUNDATION [DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY] from 2006. The institution is located on NH 47¸ Sankari Main Road¸ Ariyanoor¸Salem-636008 in 10.14 acre campus with a build up area of 1¸14¸149 sq. ft.
