DESCRIPTION :

In 1993 the U.C.A. has started a 3 years and 6 months Diploma Course in Physiotherapy which was upgraded into a B.P.T Degree Course in the year 1998 which is for a 4 years academic and 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship training. This B.P.T. Degree course is recognized by the Govt. of Tamilnadu and the college is affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University¸ Chennai ? 32.

The degree Course is conducted in accordance with the regulations and syllabus formulated by The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University¸ Chennai ? 32. The subjects taught include Social Sciences¸ Basic Medical Sciences¸ Physiotherapy subjects and Rehabilitation Sciences.
