Kamakshi Hospital established in the year 1973 by Bantwal Sulochana Madhava Shenoi Trust (R)¸ founded by Late. Sri.B.Madhava Shenoi a well known Philanthropist for the benefit of the public in and around Mysore.
Kamakshi Hospital is situated in Kuvempunagar about 3.5 Kms from Railway Station and about 4.5 Kms from the Bus Stand. The hospital is built on an area of about 5 Acres of land with all civic amenities.
Kamakshi School of Nursing was started in the year 2004 and it offers three and half years Diploma Course in General Nursing and Midwifery. It is affiliated to Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board¸ Bangalore¸ approved and recognized by the Govt. of Karnataka and Karnataka Nursing Council.
