East West Group of Institutions (EWGI) came into existence in the year 1968¸ in the enviable garden city¸ Bangalore under the banner of Subramanya Educational Society established decades ago.

This Society and its Group of Institutions are the dream projects of its Founder Chairman Sri C M Nagaraj¸ a visionary¸ an acknowledged educationist¸ a philanthropist¸ a social worker and an elected prominent corporator of long standing. It is in fitness of his abilities and achievements that he was elected as the worshipful Mayor of Bangalore city for the year 2002-2003. EWGI has made commendable progress - thanks to the committed and untiring efforts of its charismatic chairman Sri C M Nagaraj¸ enthusiastic and dynamic Secretary Sri C N Ravikiran¸ optimistic and ever active Joint secretary Sri C N Shashikiran.
No wonder that the Institute is adorned with ISO 9001:2000 Certification from JAS-ANZ¸ a mark of quality of educational and infra-structural facilities¸ a distinction rarely awarded to any other Institution of the same age.
EWGI is located at Subramanyanagar in the heart of sprawling Bangalore City. The vast campus of 20 acres¸ amidst lush greenery and away from the maddening city hustle and bustle¸ tastefully landscaped with award winning gardens is decked with well planned & aesthetically designed buildings that house spacious lecture halls¸ laboratories¸ workshops and library.
