DESCRIPTION :

The Law College was established in the year 1960 Sri. Remeshchandra Lahoti noted Industrialist of this area donated a generous sum for starting the law college to perpetuate the memory of his father Late Sri. Shankarlal Lahoti & Nam of the College as Seth Shankarlal Lahoti Law College i.e. S. S. L Law College.

The College is Affiliated to Karnataka State Law University¸ Hubli¸ and it was brought under section 2(f) and 12(B) of the U.G.C. New Delhi. The Bar Council of India¸ New Delhi has recognized this college and has conferred Permanent Recognition.

The college has Re-Accredited by NAAC" under 2nd cycle and conferred "B" Grade with CGPA of ?2.60? during 2015-16. The Institution is striving pro-actively to impart quality based legal education and awareness amongst the people of Hyderabad Karnataka Region.

In the whole of H. K. Region ¸ S. S. L Law College is the oldest Pioneer Law College which is running 3 year Law course & 5 years Law Course."
