DESCRIPTION :

Al-Ameen Movement is a self help movement¸ started in Bangalore in the year 1966 by Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan.  It works for the upliftment of muslims in particular and the others in general. In pursuance of these aims¸ Al-Ameen works in the field of education¸ health¸ economic upliftment and the sports activities. It has started a number of educational Institutions like Schools¸ Colleges¸ Hospitals Medical and Dental Colleges etc¸ in various parts of the country.    

          As a part of extension of educational activities¸ the Al-Ameen Charitable Fund Trust¸ under auspices of Al-Ameen Movement¸ has started its nursing school in the year 1998 named as ?Al-Ameen Fathima School of Nursing? and the college of Nursing started in the year 2004¸ with Basic B.Sc. and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing programmes  which are attached to Al-Ameen Medical College Hospitals¸ Bijapur.
