DISCIPLINE
All the powers relating to discipline and disciplinary action are vested on the Principal/Secretary.
Students should maintain silence in the classes¸ library and Hospital.
Physical assault against any teaching staff or student will result in dismissal from the college.
Strict action will be initiated against any practice/verbal abuse which creates ill fame to the college.
Ragging is strictly prohibited.
Decision taken by the management will be binding and final.
A student wish to discontinue/cancel the course inbetween has to pay the entire fee for the course.
Hostelities are allowed for outing with permission only.
All disputes under Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
Fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
