DESCRIPTION :

SCS College of Nursing is an unit of Karnataka Educational & Charitable Trust and was started in the year 1994 which was then affiliated to Mangalore University.

Since June 1996¸ our college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

SCS College of Nursing has completed 15 successful years of imparting education & training in the field of Nursing.

The College runs three courses namely Basic B.Sc Nursing started in 1994¸ Post B.Sc Nursing started in 2004 and M.Sc Nursing programme which was started in the year 2003. Permission was granted for Med-Surgical¸ Psychiatry¸ Child Health Nursing¸ and OBG (Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing) with three intakes in each speciality. All the three Nursing Courses are recognized by the accrediting agencies namely Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council.
