Sri Krishna Charitable Trust is a registered public charitable trust with objectives of Establishing and managing hospitals and educational institutions¸ Publication of literature related to health and medicine¸ Conducting programmes to increase public awareness. 

The College campus spread over 15 acres is situated besides the national highway 17 connecting Mumbai to Thiruvanathapuram. It provides a serene environment for learning and assimilation. It has all the basic amenities and facilities and is easily approachable from all corners of the town by road and readily available public transport. The Udupi railway station is just 5 Kilometers away from the College campus. The nearest airport is the Mangalore airport at Bajpe is about 50kms from the campus. 

The main purpose of this college of nursing is to provide an educational programme through which the student nurses will be prepared to assume responsibility of the primary¸ secondary and tertiary care level of hospital. The graduates will also be capable of teaching and supervising the student nurses in providing safe and quality health care with different settings and participate in administration of nursing services and education.
