HMA established in 1969¸ celebrated its Golden Jubilee in the year 2019. HMA¸ the learning & Development Centre of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has been contributing in the field of Aerospace Technology & Management and had received approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for its PGDAM programme in 2018.

People development initiatives take a strategic role for driving business results. In this direction¸ a wide variety of training programs are conducted by HAL Management Academy (HMA) for executives from entry level to the senior most level in the organization to develop functional¸ operational¸ technical¸ managerial and leadership competencies.

As an Aeronautical giant and as one of the largest Aeronautical Complexes in Asia with 20 Production Divisions and 11 R&D Centres¸ HAL has a wealth of knowledge and experiential learning in the field of Aerospace Technology and Management.
