Late Lala Baldev Krishan Garg of Moga in the year 1992 established a most prestigious Dental College & Hospital called B.R.S Institution of Medical Science at Kot Billa (Panchkula). Presently¸ B.R.S Dental College & Hospital is located at Vill.

highway just 10 Kilometers away from Panchkula. This is 15 years old institute which is affiliated to Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences¸ Rohtak (Haryana)¸ recognized by D.C.I (Dental Council of India)¸ New Delhi and Govt. of India. Accredited with eleven batches who have passed out as dental graduates and who are doing well in higher studies and their profession.
