The Tarun Aikya Mandal¸ Panchavati¸ Nashik was established on the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashmi¸ in 1928. Bagaram Kshirsagar and other devoted members had lion?s share in the establishment of the Institute. It was a need of the country to fight for the Independence of India. The devoted youth of the country with ready hands had supported the movement and soon it flourished just like a huge banyan tree. They attracted the youth of the country at the National games like Kabaddi and kho-kho. etc.
Mr. Bagaram Kshirsagar was the first independent volunteer from nashik who took part in the quiet India movement in 1942. He was imprisoned by the British for doing some actions against them.
Bagaram Kshirsagar¸ Wamanrai Yardi¸ V.W. Shriwadkar (kusumagraz)¸ G.T. Bhat¸ L.S. Vaidya¸ Narayan Satpurkar¸ K.K. Mukhedkar¸ Ganpatrao Kothule¸ Ganpatrao Wagh¸ Sadubhau Bhore¸ V.N. Pawar (MLA)¸ Ad. Uttamrao Dhikle (former MP) Shankar Wagh those were the former active members of the Institute. The most of them were not only social workers but also good sportsmen.
