KITPS is established in 2009 and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (UPTU Lucknow). In agreement with the norms of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)¸ the college has an edge of a sound infrastructure and is well set on the path of progress with the cumulative efforts of all the sectors working in perfect harmony. KITPS provides cosmopolitan and supportive environment to facilitate and enhances the social¸ academic and physical development of students from different parts of the country under the supervision of qualified and dedicated faculty members.

KITPS is located at about 17 km. from railways / bus-station on Moradabad-Haridwar Road. The college has an annual intake of 360 students in the five branches namely; Computer Science¸ Civil Engineering¸ Electronics & Communication¸ Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. The college is spread over of more than 11 acres of land with nearly 5000 sq. meters of constructed area. The sprawling total building area with play ground comprises¸ administrative and academic block¸ laboratories¸ library¸ lecture halls¸ dispensary¸ conference room¸ separate boys and girls hostel & staff residents. The stunning feature of KITPS is the beautiful landscaping with lush green cover throughout the campus.
