Jadhavar group of Institutes is headed under the visionary leadership of Prin. Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar who is widely known as core education list and has been part of Savitribai Phule Pune University who has successfully completed his tenure as a dean faculty of Commerce and has broughting massive changes throughout commerce faculty of Savitribai Phule Pune University. Not only this but he also involved in various academic bodies of University. He has been known as Scholars Reaserch Guide in wide spectrum of Education at National and International Level. He is also member of Maharashtra Nursing Council¸ Maharashtra State and Secretary of Principle Forum of S.P.P.U.

The group is also co-headed by Mr. Shardul S. Jadhavar who is young dynamic leader known for his committed and disciplined work with enthusiasm. He is well known personality in field of Social¸ Cultural and his work for downtrodent peoples of the society. At his early age he has shoulder the responsibility as a President of Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar social and Educational Trust through which neomerius activities and movements have been organized for the Empowerment and uplipment of the various target group in the society. The note of his social work has taken at different level and has been awarded different awards such as but not limited to National Level and to have been awarded Sardar Wallabhbhai Patel National youth Award¸ New Delhi .
