DESCRIPTION :

Sinhgad Institute of Interior Design and Decoration started operations in the premises of Sinhgad Technical Education Society?s Sinhgad college of Architecture from July 2002 and it was granted approval by Government of Maharashtra in Government Resolution No. PTI 202 K (193/02) Tech. Edu. 2¸ Dated 28/06/2002.  
The aim of the Institute is to provide excellent facilities for the professional and specialized training in Interior Design & Decoration¸ which is currently an ambiguous field and can be approached from many different perspectives.  
  
Our institute believes there is a need for well-trained professionals who are knowledgeable in functional and aesthetic design of spaces for various human activities¸ and keeping up to date with modern trends evolving in the field of Interior Design and Decoration. This will in turn result in improving the life style of the society. Students of Interior Design & Decoration will have vast scope in the field of commercial as well as residential & specialized kind of interior projects. Sinhgad Institute of Interior Design & Decoration will provide all necessary infrastructure/facilities/faculty & exposure to attain excellence in this field.
