DESCRIPTION :

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj College of law is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and approved by the State of Maharashtra and The Bar Council of India for imparting professional legal education leading to the degree of B.L.S. LL.B. ( Five Years Course ). This course programmed which has two degree programme i.e. on successful completion of first three years i.e. six semesters¸ student is entitled to Bachelor in Legal Studies i.e. B.L.S. entitles a student to participate in all competitive examinations and seek employment or further study wherever the minimum qualification requirement is graduation. And finally LL.B. degree will be awarded after successful completion of Five years i.e. ten semesters¸ which enables the degree holder to enroll as an ?Advocate? with any State Bar Council within the territory of India.
