Mohindar Singh Kabal Singh Charitable Trust runs a number of educational institutions to serve the cause of education in Kalyan. The Trust runs Pre-primary¸ Primary and English medium High School as well as Junior College of Arts¸ Science and Commerce.

Since 2003¸ the College has been conducting courses of study leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce. Since the first batch of students appeared for the University examinations in March¸ 2006¸ the College has produced hundreds of graduates year after year.

In 2008¸ a new professional course was started. This specialized course called Bachelor of Commerce (Banking &Insurance) is very popular among students.
The College admits students regardless of caste¸ creed or religion¸ while adhering to the guidelines set forth by the University of Mumbai.
