DESCRIPTION :

All the students enrolled for the Degree Programmes will have to attend regular theory classes (Personal Contact Programme) at Indian Institute of Telecom Management Centres. The students are required to attend minimum lectures and to observe decorum while attending their classes/ programme for appearing in the theory.
The minimum number of PCP's to be conducted in a year for each programme is 80 days for Under Graduate Programmes and 60 days for Post Graduate Programme. It is compulsory for students to attend minimum 80% of the PCP days. 

Personal Contact Programme will be held at the Study Centre of the University or Centres of Indian Institute of Telecom Management in different parts of the Country.
A circular of details of date¸ venue and time for the Personal Contact Programmes for the whole academic year will be sent along with Admission Confirmation to all the students. The Directorate/IITM reserves the right to fix¸ shift or cancel any PCP centre.
 
MANDATORY ATTENDANCE 
1. No student shall be eligible to take the examination if he/she fails to satisfy the minimum requirement of attendance at the Compulsory Personal Contact Programme. 
2. If he/she takes the examination without attending the Compulsory Personal Contact Programme¸ the result of examination shall be cancelled. 
3. Students should attend the contact programme at the centres fixed by the Directorate/IITM However¸ in genuine cases the change of centre will be permitted by the Directorate/IITM on payment of Rs. 300 /- towards change of centre fee. Nobody will be permitted to change the centre in the middle of the session.
