The promoting body Maharaja Agrasen Shiksha Pracharini Samiti Dayanatpur came into existence with its registration under Society's registration act 21 of 1860 on 22-01-2010 with registration no. 1085/2009-2010.The establishment of the society  was done under the vision of imparting quality education in professional and technical educational fields. With this vision the society started mission of setting up new Polytechnic College at Dayanatpur Distt. (G.B. Nagar) U.P.

Society started its mission with an objective to enable the marginalized people of the state U.P. to develop their potential and resources to the optimum capacity. The main objectives of the society are:

    To function as a centre for higher quality learning¸ where along with academic excellence the desired social values¸ cultural values & personal values  will be promoted and inculcated in the minds of the students / learners.
    To function as a resource centre for the integral and suitable development of the urban as well as the rural sectors.
    To create healthy & conductive environment to attain professional competence in the chosen fields.

The mission by promoting body has been thus started under a vision ultimately to achieve its goal of establishing centres of excellence in various fields of learning and thereby achieve status of trend setting institute.
