College of Nursing¸ Academy of Medical Sciences an ambitious venture of ACME¸ marked its entry in the field of Nursing Education in 2002 with a view to impart quality nursing education to all aspiring candidates. The college affiliated to Kannur University¸ Kerala University of Health Sciences and is recognized by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives council and Indian Nursing Council.

Ever since its inception in 2002¸ the college has enterprisingly grown in strength and ambit. The aim is to prepare professional nursing graduates and postgraduates who will be able to render comprehensive health care to all¸ in various settings and participate and co ordinate nursing services and nursing education at different levels.
