Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan ¸ Sitapur has taken number of initiatives to spread education. Education is the only way you can tackle the social ills of the society. Education promotes not only literacy but is critical reduce rather eliminate social inequalities. Education empowers people and which helps them to achieve their goals and go up in life. Health care too is closely related to education. Once educated the individuals become aware as to what is healthy and what is not. Education of female child is critical for the society. Educating a female child is to ensure healthy and educated family. The goal of good education cannot be achieved unless it is provided by well qualified and motivated teachers. Only motivated teachers can ignite the curiosity and latent talent of the child. So when one is training young boys and girls to become teachers¸ it is essential that they are taught not only the methodology of teaching but also class management techniques¸ knowledge delivery ¸ methods of motivating the students to seek learning and to interact with the teachers to clear their doubts. It is only this way that you can produce good teachers and who later on deliver good teaching. It was with these objectives that Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan started the BEd programme. Our success as to how much we have achieved these goals is obvious from the results. In year 2005-06 all of our students qualified the BEd exam and scored brilliantly in both theory and practice. 29 percent of the students scored first division. From year 2006 this Sansthan got permanent affiliation from the university. Our endeavor is to work still harder towards producing good and brilliant teachers
