Kaviyattu College of Education has been established in 2006 as a B.Ed college with the aim of developing the inherent capabilities of students aspiring to be teacher.

Kaviyattu College of Education is located in Pirappancode¸ a rural hamlet in Thiruvanthapuram (Trivandrum) district in Kerala. The college offers professional 1 year B.Ed Degree Training Programmes with core specializations in English¸ Physical Science¸ Natural Science¸ Mathematics¸ Social Science and Commerce.

The teaching faculty of the college consists of a team of dedicated teachers including teachers for computer application¸ Physical and health education and work experience.

The personality of an individual has different aspect ? social¸ physical¸ intellectual¸ aesthetic etc. Under the inspiring efforts of the teaching faculty¸ by integrating a holistic and systematic pattern in each of our programmes¸ we could develop into a model teaching community.
