Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology is sponsored by Vishnu Sree Educational Development Adhyayan Society (VEDAS) with an aim of providing quality technical education with global standards. The campus has been set up in a calm¸ quiet and pollution free atmosphere on a sprawling campus area next to Jalalpur Village¸ Bommalaramaram Mandal¸ which is 25 Kms from ECIL cross roads¸ Hyderabad. This is located in the territorial jurisdiction of Hyderabad Metro Development Authority. The college is well connected by APSRTC Buses starting from ECIL bus station Hyderabad. 

Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology is the maiden venture of Vishnu Sree Educational Development Adhyayan Society and approved by the AICTE¸ New Delhi¸ affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University¸ Hyderabad and recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh. The main aim and objective of Vishnusree Educational Development Adhyayan Society is  to establish educational institutions of science and technology to serve the public. The society is formed with no profit motive and no commercial activity is involved in its working.
