DESCRIPTION :

Nizam?s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) was established with the objective to create a center of excellence for providing medical care¸ education and research facilities of high order in the field of medical sciences. True to its objectives NIMS has established itself as an excellent center for learning¸ research and delivery of quality health care at affordable cost. NIMS has established itself as a very trusted and respected healthcare institute with people from all strata of society looking up to it for delivery of quality healthcare. This has been achieved due to enormous contributions made over years by Faculty¸ Residents¸ Nursing Staff¸ Administrative staff and others.

To take the journey forward we propose to build disease  oriented towers like Uro-nephrology and Cardiovascular blocks on par with AIIMS & PGIMER Chandigarh. We also propose to build a modern 200 paying room block¸ as NIMS is facing shortage of paying rooms. We also want to propose to the Government of Telangana to develop NIMS as Apex Centre for Advance Diagnostics so as to cater  all advanced diagnostic needs for the entire State of Telangana. We are in the process of modernizing of our IT infrastructure with development of dedicated Hospital Management Information System which will be implemented in first half of this year.
