The spark he ignited has slowly but surely transformed into an lluminating star guiding those who aspire to seek excellence in learning.

 In today?s challenging paradigms¸ it takes more than commitment and dedication to provide for quality professional education. More so¸ such a task becomes tedious on the face of disadvantages owing to the small town syndrome. Yet defying all odds¸ in the year 1998¸ a consequential initiative was taken in this noble field by Shri Narayan Das Agrawal thereby establishing GLA Institute of Technology and Management on the Karmic land of Mathura. The foundations of this institute acted as a stepping stone for others to follow who tried to follow its path. With time¸ the brand name GLA expanded to include such institutions as GLA Institute of Business Management (2006)¸ GLA Institute of Professional Studies (2006)¸ and GLA Institute of Pharmaceutical Research (2006) thereby giving shape to GLA Group of Institutions as an entity. 

This endeavour of the group towards providing quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels was carried out by the means of a plethora of courses under various disciplines of B Tech¸ B Pharm¸ BBA¸ BCA¸ B Sc Biotechnology¸ MBA¸ MCA¸ PGDM¸ M Pharm. The high standards set by GLA Group were validated to the hilt when its flagship institute and three of its courses namely B Tech¸ MBA and MCA were bestowed with the Excellence Award by G B Technical University¸ Lucknow¸ to which more than 600 institutions are affiliated. Moreover¸ this feat was accomplished by the institute for two consecutive years i.e.¸ 2008 and 2009.
